Jark Stevenage are URGENTLY recruiting for an Office Manager – Warehouse & Manufacturing Facility for a Stevenage company.

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Stevenage.
This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations while acting as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing general office administration and operations
• Handling customer and supplier enquiries by telephone and email
• Processing orders, invoices and related documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Supporting warehouse and management teams with administrative tasks
• Using Sage 50 for accounting and office functions
• Preparing and updating spreadsheets and reports in Microsoft Excel
• Ensuring efficient communication between departments
Requirements:
• Previous office management or senior administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using Sage 50 is essential
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional and confident communication skills
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 8.30-16.30
• Friendly and supportive working environment
