This Permanent Full-time role offers responsibility across professional and project services together with leadership of client relationships and team development activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial building surveying instructions across the Midlands
- Manage dilapidations, technical due diligence, and contract administration services
- Oversee refurbishment and fit-out projects through delivery stages
- Act as Employer’s Agent and Project Manager on commercial schemes
- Support business development, fee growth, and multidisciplinary project delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS qualified
- Commercial consultancy background
- Strong experience across professional and project services
- Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts with client-facing experience
Salary & Package
- £70,000–£80,000 basic salary
- Annual bonus up to 18%
