Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (early finish on Fridays)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled PCB Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior assembly experience who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble PCB products accurately in line with work instructions and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Work efficiently to meet takt time targets and production deadlines
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
• Keep work areas clean and organised

About You

• Proven experience working as a PCB Assembler within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and SOPs
• Comfortable working to takt time and production targets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
