Pay: £90–£120 per day

The lesson keeps moving, even when some pupils fall behind.
Your role is making sure they catch up without stopping everything else.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support both pupils and teachers so that learning remains consistent throughout the day.

Key responsibilities
Support whole-class teaching
Work with small groups and individuals
Reinforce instructions and expectations
Help manage classroom behaviour
Support lesson transitions
Assist with classroom organisation
