At Frasers Group Financial Services, we are constantly evolving & transforming, and we now have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to assess and evaluate the performance of Credit Risk systems and strategies, coaching and mentoring Analysts, identifying and maximising opportunities to improve strategy performance, contributing to the delivery of FS goals and objectives.
As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at FGFS, you will:
Monitor and develop the Credit Risk strategies and systems, making recommendations to maximise their commercial performance
Provide effective coaching and mentoring of Analysts, building capabilities to maximise Credit Risk systems and strategies
Implement and adhere to all governance, risk and compliance standards, ensuring strategies deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business
Identify, build and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver the agreed commercial performance
