Location: Hybrid Site, Home, and Office (Flexible)
Salary: Negotiable + Company Van (personal use) + Performance Bonuses

Were partnering with a respected renewable energy firm with 16+ years success in solar and EV. With strong investment and long-term backing, theyre now launching their Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) divisionand they need a hands-on leader to take it forward.

This is your chance to step up into a senior role, shape how things are done, and grow a team around you.

The Role:

• 
  Lead ASHP projects from survey to commissioning
  
• 
  Build and manage a network of trusted subcontractors
  
• 
  Oversee installs, quality, and compliance
  
• 
  Stay hands-on where needed to keep standards high
  
• 
  Set department processes and influence strategy
  
• 
  Work closely with the Director on growth plans
  

What Were Looking For:

• 
  Proven ASHP installation experience (ideally domestic)
  
• 
  Confident overseeing multiple projects/sites
  
• 
  Comfortable with managing subcontractors
  
• 
  Gas Safe / FGAS / WRAS (or working towards)
  
• 
  A natural leader or engineer ready to step up
  
• 
  Full UK driving licence
